How to Embed Links, Buttons or Forms on your Website

Step 1: Go to Integrations

Within the 'Settings' menu, look for the ‘Integrations’ option. Click on it to access the website embedding configuration.

Step 2: Add Magic Link, Embed Buttons, or Embed Forms

Simply insert the relevant links or code into the provided fields.

Step 3: Save Changes

After adding the necessary links or code, make sure to save your changes.

Sendgrid Integration

In Retainr, you can utilize your own whitelabel emails instead of the default Retainr-branded ones. Follow these steps to set up your whitelabel emails:

  1. Log in to SendGrid.
  2. On the left side, navigate to 'email templates,' click on 'dynamic templates,' and create a new one by giving it a name.
  3. Choose the created template, access the editor, and customize your email. Copy the template ID and paste it into Retainr.
  4. In SendGrid's settings, find the API key, create a new API key with a name, and copy-paste it into Retainr (the second image you received).

After setting the API key and template ID in Retainr, return to SendGrid. Create your template, incorporating variables like {{logoImage}}, {{name}}, {{company}}, and {{url}}. For instance, if you select the 'customer invite' template, include your logo, name, company details, and URL in the email. Once these steps are completed, your emails will be branded with your company's identity.
